Design of Leadership architecture for a global beverage company
I created a suite of Leadership Development initiatives at Campari under the brand name of “Lead to Succeed”. These initiatives were designed to fulfill two objectives
- How do we identify tomorrow’s Campari leaders today?
- How do we make existing leaders better at what they do?
By working in collaboration with CEB SHL UK I was able to create a development center approach towards identifying future leaders in Campari. This initiative got institutionalized and accepted by the Campari culture quickly and now all future leaders have to go through a development center before moving to a leadership role.
