Campari Way of Coaching:
In my Global HRD role I identified a gap in the coaching capability of our senior managers. In partnership with CEB SHL I created a customized one-day workshop aimed at providing senior management with the tools and confidence to coach their teams. More importantly, I was able to take the top 100 executives through this workshop and part of the certification was to have coached one person in their teams within 12 months of attending the workshop.
This ensured that the benefits of structured coaching percolated down through our top 200 executives which in turn became an important input in strengthening our coaching culture in the organization.
